My university has an agreement with the University of Rouen and my application for a study visit in the ERASMUS programme has been accepted.

We would like to remind all Erasmus students wishing to come to the University of Rouen that all the classes here are given in French. It is therefore necessary to have a sufficient level of French so that your studies may proceed in the best conditions.

• You can consult the courses on offer at the University of Rouen
• You must return the application form to us (The pre-registration deadlines are: 11 June 2010 for the whole year or the 1st semester only, and 8 October 2010 for the second semester)
• You can fill in the accommodation application (the form will be sent to you after confirmation of your selection to study at the University of Rouen)
• You can participate (pre-registration form) in the Normandie Impressionniste Summer School (French classes and cultural and artistic activities)

• Through the mentoring programme of SERVUS EUROPA, you can ask to be put in touch with a student mentor who can guide you in preparing your stay. This person will be able to offer you a personalised welcome. Information: servus-europa.eu.

• You should go to the Erasmus office in the International Relations Department
• You can go to the special Modulo Monde counter, situated in the International Relations Department, where you can carry out various administrative steps (application for housing assistance, administrative registration...)
